Another point is operator training. Laser welding is easier to learn than some traditional welding methods, but it still requires proper training. Workers need to understand focus position, welding speed, wire feeding if used, shielding gas, safety glasses, and basic machine maintenance. A good supplier should provide operation guidance, videos, and after-sales support.

Handheld laser welding is not suitable for every welding task. For very thick structural welding or special certified welding applications, buyers may still need traditional processes or automatic welding systems. But for sheet metal, stainless steel products, customized metal fabrication, and many production workshops, it can improve efficiency and reduce finishing work.
